These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Dance Marathon mobile application and website (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Health and Safety Disclaimer

Dance Marathon is a fitness and entertainment experience. You are responsible for your own health and safety and should consult a medical professional before participating in physical activity. We are not responsible for any injuries or health issues that may result from your use of the Services or participation in events.

Purchases and Subscriptions

If the Services offer in-app purchases or subscriptions, you agree to pay all fees and applicable taxes. All sales are final to the extent permitted by law, unless otherwise stated in the applicable app store policies.
